Site plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Additionally included in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
